Toni Nadine Garrett, 62, of Norwich, CT, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. She was born in Springfield, MA, on July 3, 1960, to William and Joyce Garrett. She worked for the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services until she medically retired.

Toni is predeceased by her partner Luis Rosario.

She leaves behind four kids, Tico Garrett, Tia Garrett, Tiana Garret, and Tajiah Garrett; siblings, Tracey Cardoza, William Garrett Jr., and Tina Garrett; grandkids, Kanan Garrett, Nadia Garrett, Taina Garrett, Imani Qadir, Nazir Qadir, Lenijah Anthony, and Ny’Asia Anthony; nieces and nephews, Dominica Garrett, Marlana Cardoza, and Robert Cardoza Jr.

A memorial service will take place Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 3 p.m. at The Church, 207 Bank Street, New London, CT.
